This is Amane, a not so blind lute player. Amane was born blind but her father was a mushi-shi and found the mushi called Ganpuku. The Ganpuku grants excellent vision to whoever sees it. Her father was hoping to use it cure Amane’s blindness. As it turns out, it worked too well.
