This is a nice cel of Left Hand. I had a hard time placing this cel since it’s shown for only an instant. This is from when Hand has just finished inhaling the spirit of Carmilla and is closing down into a fist. I had been looking for a cel of Left Hand for a several months but I was too slow to catch the updates. I finally got it from Rick while I was at Fanime. I especially liked the fact that the fingertips are visible in this shot. None of the others I had seen to that point showed the fingers so well. I think they make it even clearer that its a hand.

A little over eight years later I bought a second cel of Left Hand, mainly because of the matching production background. I still prefer the partially closed version above. Since the new cel looks a bit different, I decided to keep them both. Normally, I do not keep more than one cel from the same sequence unless I happen to have all of them.
