No, you are not reading that incorrectly. Several years ago I bought a random group of Lovesless production backgrounds off of Yahoo Japan. That group of backgrounds included the one that matches this rilezu. Its kind of strange. I remember seeing this cel for sale at Anime Expo several years ago. Even though I thought it was a very pretty image of Soubi, I thought it was overpriced. As time passed the cel was sold and resold to other collectors. Finally, I was able to buy it and place it with its “matching” background.
