So here is another cel that has no major character in it. I watched this cel up on the dealer’s site for a long time. Every time I visited, I would come back and gaze at this cel. Finally, I gave in and bought it. Like many cels with small images and large backgrounds, the overall composition creates a wonderful mood. In this case, a rather sad and lonely one.

You can see from the screen capture that the layer that contains the top part of the tank is missing. The cel looks great without it, but hopefully someday I will find the rest of the tank.
