I decided I needed to get a nice cel of Charlotte looking pretty. At the same time did not want to spend much money since she is my least favorite character. Her only purpose in the show is to act as Meier’s love interest. Anyways, this comes from early in the show when she calls out to Meier as he is being attacked by D.
