I couldn’t believe it when I saw this pan cel of Amelia for auction. For some reason the background is a lot longer than the cel itself. The full background doesn’t appear in the show, so I am a little confused as to why it was made so long. Anyways, since I am so bad at piecing scans together, I have only included the cel portion of the set up.

In this cel, Amelia is bringing an official message from Seyruum to King Moros, about the troop build up along his borders.
