This cel is from when Tetsuko has a flashback to when she was the warrior Elela. She and Karmaros are talking about her enemy, Jigumi, when he suddenly shows up. It’s hard to find a nice image of this character, both when he is Jigumi and Shinri Siogami. He always looks very demented and unnatural.

I bought this cel with a production background from the show, but the background does not match this scene. It turns out it does match another cel I have. Check out the second Tate cel on the previous page.
