	The Last Unicorn A-21 No background

Here Schmendrick is introducing himself as “Schmendrick, the Last of the Red Hot Swamis”. It’s easy to miss this cel, since it’s only one layer of what looks like a two or three layer set up. The other layers would show the caged unicorn.

At Comic Con International I was able to meet Peter S. Beagle. Not only did he write the original story, but he also wrote the screenplay for this show. He graciously autographed this cel for me. Don’t worry, it’s on a separate layer of acetate.
